I got great value for my money at Viva Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location was convenient, with easy access to the subway and nearby amenities like a food store and pharmacy. The staff, especially Anastasia at the reception, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was good, with a variety of Ukrainian and international dishes. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely visit again!

Location. We had booked the Viva Hotel, but had to stay at their other hotel (City Club, 3.2 km further from the centre), without further explanation or compensation. We could not communicate with either receptionist due to the language barrier.

Since Viva had no rooms because of Booked.net not having the correct numbers in its system, the folks at Viva had to switch me to another hotel. They did a nice job, and the other hotel was probably better.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and facilities. The location near the subway station was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a great location near the city center and a metro station, making it convenient for exploring Kharkiv. The breakfast buffet offered a lavish selection of cold options, beautifully presented. The staff at the reception, as well as the food and bar staff, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The modern digital lift was a pleasant surprise.

The furnishings in the room were a bit outdated, and there were no power sockets near the desk. The bathroom needed some improvements regarding the shower screen over the bathtub.

Had a great Christmas trip at this hotel. Two complementary facts offered were amazing, including the breakfast food and the impeccable service. the hotel location was perfect just a few steps from the metro station which was very helpful for getting around. There was also a cozy atmosphere to the hotel which made us feel at home.

The noise that could be heard from the outside, since we had trouble sleeping. the walls were not very soundproof which was a downside.
